Jason Wilnis is a 29 year old Dutch middleweight kickboxer fighting out of Netherlands. He is the last It’s Showtime 85MAX champion and former Glory Middleweight Champion.  Jason has fought and defeated the biggest names in kickboxing.

Known as Mr. Perfect, Ernesto Hoost is a four-time K-1 World Champion Surinamese Dutch kickboxer who is considered one of the greatest martial artists of all time. The 54 year old Hoost began fighting in 1993. His career was exceptional. Ernesto Hoost won belts and titles all over the world and retired in 2006 without a scratch.

Kru Nestor Marte is a pioneer in bringing Muay Thai to U.S. shores and is the first and only American to be certified by three top camps in Bangkok: Saktaywan, Luk Bahn Yai, and Sor Sil Kune. Training at these three distinctively different sister camps, Kru Nestor has had the privilege to learn from some of the greatest Muay Thai Fighters in the world. Nestor has aquired the knowledge, the skill, and the language of Muay Thai and Thai culture which enables him to give his students at the Ultimate Gym the authentic teachings and fighting spirit of Muay Thai in the U.S.

Kru Nestor Marte is a considered a leading expert in the art of stand up fighting. When MMA fighters such as Renzo Gracie, Ricardo Almeida, Ryan Gracie, Anderson Silva, and Israel Gomes needed to train their stand up, they sought out Kru Nestor Marte to brush up on their technique.

No longer a competitive fighter, Kru Nestor still makes bi-yearly training trips to Bangkok to keep on top of Muay Thai’s latest techniques, regulations, training strategies and conditioning methods.

Over the past few years, Kru Nestor has been studying and developing his ground fighting skills, training with Teimoc Johnston-Ono (former Olympic great Judo Master), Sensei Edson Carvalho (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), and Israel Gomes (Vale-Tudo Champion).

Kru Nestor is also a personal student of the legendary Brazilian Vale-Tudo and Luta Livre fighter Master Eugenio Tadeu. Kru Nestor has continued his training with Alexander “Pequeno” Nogiera and is currently a Luta Livre black belt and the only US representative for Team Pequeno.

17. Triple OG Shonie Carter

Shonie Carter is a United States Marine Corps veteran and an American mixed martial artist who has competed in the Welterweight, Middleweight and Light Heavyweight divisions. He is a former WEC Welterweight Champion, a UFC veteran, and a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 4 reality show. He has also competed in Pancrase, King of the Cage, M-1 Global, KSW and Bellator. Shonie Carter is known for his flashy outfits, and outgoing personality.

Carter was born in Chicago, Illinois. He began his martial arts training in Greco-Roman wrestling which led him to judo, jujutsu, sanshou, kickboxing, and Shidōkan Karate. He is also an accomplished personal trainer who enjoys drawing and music.

Schiller Hyppolite is a Haitian retired professional boxer who in December 2014, won the vacant WBC International Silver Light Heavyweight title by referee stoppage. Mr. Hyppolite’s career began in Montreal Canada where he fought for the Eye Of The Tiger Promotion. His aggressive style and technical abilities quickly turned him into a fan favorite. Schiller Hyppolite has fought all over the globe and has been crowned champion several times in Canada.

The retired champion is now a personal trainer in Montreal who continues to give back to his community.

On todays episode of the Catching Wreck Podcast, Schiller talks about the cultural changes between Haiti and Canada, winning the WBC title, and the peaks and valleys of the boxing game, and much more.
